HE is ready and it’s always a “yes to the call” for Fiji rugby as youngster Filimoni Botitu prepares for another show at this weekend’s World Rugby Sevens Series in Cape Town, South Africa. His former coach and under-20 mentor Koli Sewabu has hailed the highlander from Sabeto in Nadi as a player to watch in future. “He is a very committed young man with a very bright future and his presence has been noticed already and I am sure with more exposure, he will be a superstar in the 7s code,” said Sewabu. Botitu might be new to the 7s series but his first outing came with big responsibilities — taking over after the departure of some top players in the position. The 20-year-old player is one of the young players in the Gareth Baber coached side.
